戴氏虫草胞外水溶性多糖在体外对细胞免疫及细胞因子的影响 被引量:29

摘要 目的 研究虫草属新种戴氏虫草菌丝体胞外水溶性多糖在体外对人扁桃体淋巴细胞和水鼠脾细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 采用3H TdR掺入法测定淋巴细胞增殖 ,乳酸脱氢酶法 (LDH)测定NK细胞活性 ,L92 9细胞杀伤法测定肿瘤坏死因子(TNF) ,MTT法测定白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )活性。结果 戴氏虫草菌丝体胞外水溶性多糖不仅能够促进人扁桃体及小鼠脾活化T细胞的增殖 ,而且能恢复环磷酰胺抑制免疫小鼠脾活化T细胞的增殖。它能增高小鼠脾细胞NK活性及分泌IL 2 ,也能增进人扁桃体活化T细胞分泌TNFβ。 结论 戴氏虫草菌丝体胞外水溶性多糖是具有增强细胞免疫功能的生物免疫反应调节剂。 OBJECTIVE: The effect of Cordyceps taii polysaccharide (CDP1) on cellular immunological function of human tonsil lymphocyte and mice spleen T cell was investigated. METHODS: The proliferation of lymphocytes was measured by 3H-TdR uptake assay. The activity of NK cells was detected by LDH assay. The activity of TNF was measured with L929 cells assay and the activity of IL-2 was detected with MTT assay. RESULTS: Not only was the proliferation of activated human T lymphocyte and activated mice splenic T cell enhanced, but also the proliferation of activated splenic T cell in cyclophosphamide - inhibited mice was restored with CDP1 in vitro. It promoted NK activity in splenic cell and TNFβ secretion in human tonsil activated T cell. IL-2 secretion in mice activated splenic T cell was enhanced by this agent. CONCLUSION: Cordyceps taii polysaccharide enhanced the cellular immune functions in vitro.
