摘要
简介几丁质在自然界的分布状态和结构性能的基础上,着重论述其衍生物几丁聚糖的生物功能、应用前景及其生物制备技术。几丁质被称为"地球上最后的再生资源",随着研究不断深入,其潜在价值被不断发掘。几丁聚糖的营养与医疗作用归纳起来有三调(调节免疫,调节p H值,调节激素分泌)、三降(降胆固醇,降血糖,降血压)、三排(排出多余有害胆固醇,排出重金属离子,排除毒素)、三抑(抑制癌细胞生长,抑制癌症转移,抑制癌细胞增殖所释放的毒素)等全方位的保健功能。
Chitin, a tough, protective, semitransparent substance, primarily a nitrogen - containing polysaccharide, forming the principal component of arthropod exoskeletons and the cell walls of certain fungi, is rich in the nature, and will have a bright prospect for application in the fields such as agriculture ,medicine,industry ,environment protection. This paper tries to make an introduction to its distributing , chemic character, function, the resource application and its preparation.
