摘要
壳聚糖是从蟹壳、虾壳中所获得的直链高分子聚合物。广泛用于各个领域,且有不同质量要求。本文着重介绍壳聚糖的游离氮基含量测定、粘度测定、水份测定、灰份测定及分子量测定的方法。文后附有部分国内外产品标准。
Chitosan, a kind of linear chain polymer obtained mainly from shells of crab and shrimp, has been widely applied in various fields requiring different quolity standards. The determinations of free amino acid content, viscosity, moisture, ash and molecular weight of chitosan are described in this paper, and the standards of some domestic and foreign products are also attached at the end of the paper.
