摘要
"以学生为本"的教师教学评价方法首先应以学生是否在学习过程中充分掌握主动性并发掘自身潜能为标准;其次,要求学生参与到教师教学评价的各个方面。再次,应该建立合理的评价教师教学的量化标准,并根据统计学原理进行科学评估。
The teachers' teaching evaluation based on the "Student-oriented" should be adhere to whether students grasp the initiative and explore their own potential in the learning process to fully as a standard; Secondly, the students are asked to participate in all aspects of the evaluation of teaching. Again, we should establish a reasonable quantitative assessment of teaching standards, and according to the Theory of Statistics to conduct the scientific assessments.
