摘要
通过分析继续教育模式在我国体育教师教育领域存在的问题,认为新时期体育教师的继续教育应加强人文素质、学习能力、创新能力的培养;应促使体育教师从应试教育向素质教育转变和从教学型向教学科研型转变.
Continuing education mode is one of the three problems in the education field of the Chinese P.E teachers.In the twenty-first century,the continuing education should focus on the hurnanisticquality,learning ability and creativity so that the teachers are not studying for passing the exams and begood at both teaching and scientific research.
