摘要
运用文献资料、比较分析、逻辑分析、专家访谈的方法,探讨了国内外几种体育教师继续教育模式的特点,通过对比,提出了我国体育教师继续教育模式的不足。在借鉴发达国家继续教育模式的基础上,提出了改进现有的学校在职本位模式的建议。
The article bases upon the method of material research, comparative analysis, logical method and visiting method, and discusses the characteristic of several PE teachings constituting teaching in and abroad. The paper also analyzes the defects of the pattern of working in one's own school and give some advices by absorbing the developed countries'constituting education on how to overcome those defects so that it can become the major and wide pattern in 21st.
