摘要
分析了普通高校体育教师业务学习现状,提出了具体的改革措施:动员与激励相结合,提高体育教师参加业务学习的积极性;业务学习必须有计划、有组织、有针对性地进行;重视体育教育理论学习;拓宽运动技术学习的内容,使体育教师具备更强的适应能力;注重教学组织、引导能力的针对性训练;注重生存技巧方面的培训。
This paper analyzes the current situation and the need of innovation of university P.E. teachers occupational study, discusses the direction of its innovation and proposes the innovation measures, ie, motivating while encouraging the promotion of occupational study, establishing well-planed, organized occupational study with clear aims, stressing the sports theoretical study, broadening the scope of sports skills, stressing the training of teaching organization capabilities, and guiding capabilities and skills of survival.
