摘要
本文针对"读者第一,服务至上"这一理念在落实过程中常打折扣的现状,提出用心服务是落实"读者第一,服务至上"这一理念的根本途径,用心服务是读者服务的最高境界,指出用心服务应具备的修养并提出可采取的策略。
According to the situation that library＇s reader service often lacks better satisfaction, the essay puts forward that serving with heart is the best way to achieve the concept of ＂readers first and service first＂, and serving with heart is the highest level of serving the readers. The paper also puts forward what cultivation of the librarians should have and what tactics the library and the librarians must take.
