摘要
大学生读者作为高校图书馆的主要服务对象,图书馆员应分析他们信息需求的心理状态。在图 书馆读者服务工作中,提倡积极运行“角色互换”这一管理模式,推动图书馆员与大学生读者之间的双向 互动行为,收到读者服务环节中的良性循环效应。
Since college students are served as the major users in college libraries, the librarians should analyze the specific requirements of their psychology. From the aspect of psychology, the author puts forward that the management system of roles exchanging should be actively applied in their services. In so doing, that will promote the effectiveness of co - action between the librarians and the college students, and form the coordinated circulation between them.
