摘要
针对计算机辅助制造中数控铣床上常用的三种刀具路径进行了拓扑分析,给出了不同路径拓扑的残留高度计算公式.并对影响粗糙的因素进行了讨论.该公式可用于表面粗糙度的预测.最后,提出了一种自适应刀具的路径的设想.
Based on the analysis of three different toolpath topology for the milling machines in CAM,this paper presents the calculating equation of cusps left for the different toolpath topology .It a lso discusses the influence factors of roughness.The equation can be used for the roughness evaluation.In the end ,proposes a kind of method for adaptive toolpath.
