摘要
对常用的脉冲TIG焊电源主回路拓扑结构进行了深入的分析,指出常用脉冲TIG焊电源拓扑结构的不足之处。归纳总结出超音频脉冲电流实现的关键技术,提出了能够输出陡峭的上升、下降沿超音频脉冲电流的主回路拓扑结构,对基值电流、峰值电流、脉冲电流的产生过程进行了分析。对超音频脉冲TIG焊电源输出的电流波形进行了检测。结果表明:该电源可以输出上百安培的脉冲电流,脉冲电流频率≥20 kHz,并且具有陡峭上升、下降沿的超音频脉冲电流,电流变化率达到50 A/μs以上,满足了超音频大电流脉冲TIG焊的需求。
The topology of common used pulsed TIG ( Tungsten Inert-Gas) welding power sources was analyzed,and its shortages were indicated. The key technology of ultra-sonic pulsed TIG welding was summarized.Not only the new topology for abrupt pulsed current was designed , but also output processes of base current,peak current and pulsed current were analyzed.The output current waves of the new ultrasonic pulse TIG welding power source were detected,and the results showed that more than 1 hundred ampere ultra-sonic pulsed welding current with frequency more than 20 kHz and change rate of welding current up to 50 A/lls can be achieved by the new welding power source.The technology will satisfy the need of ultra-sonic big current pulsed TIG welding.
