摘要
在介绍钢管TIG对焊机结构的基础上,对焊机控制系统进行了重点讨论。根据焊接工艺和焊机自身特点,完成控制系统的硬件选型,选用三菱PLC(CPU、定位模块、A/D,D/A,L/O等模块)及伺服驱动系统作为控制系统硬件。根据焊接工艺和控制时序要求,运用PID调节算法对焊接过程中的焊接电流参数进行调节,给出了程序设计的流程图,最后完成了触摸屏界面的设计。
Based on TIG welding of steel structure,welding machine control system was discussed.According to characteristics of the welding process and welding machine,the control system hardware was selected,Mitsubishi PLC(CPU,positioning module,A/D,D/A,I/O modules) and servo drive system were used as the control system hardware.According to the requirements of welding process and the timing,the welding current can be adjusted by using PID algorithm.a flow chart was given for programming.Finally,the touch- screen interface design was completed.
