摘要
在物流服务质量(LSQ)的评价指标体系中,有些指标存在着不确定性和动态变化性。基于顾客导向的物流服务质量评价体系,采用动态模糊集理论,提出物流服务质量的动态模糊综合评价方法,解决物流服务质量评价中动态模糊性和动态性问题。通过一个案例来说明所提出的方法的应用。
In evaluating logistics service quality, some factors are characterized as uncertainty and dynam- ics. To reflect the uncertainty and dynamics of such factors, a comprehensive, dynamic and fuzzy evaluation method is proposed to measure the factors. In this way, a customer-oriented logistics service quality system is established. A case problem is used to show the application of the proposed method.
