Material Supply Force Utilization Modeling for Multi-CODP Joint Operations Based on System Dynamics

摘要 为高效调度与组织联合作战物资供应力量,借鉴现代物流管理中基于顾客需求解耦点(Customer Order Decoupling Point,CODP)的“大规模定制(Mass Customization,MC)”思想,提出多解耦点的联合作战物资供应模式,并运用系统动力学对多解耦点物资供应力量运用进行建模与仿真,分析了2种供应模式在解耦点缓存力量和在用保障力量需求之间的差异。结果表明:多解耦点物资供应模式的在用保障力量水平和缓存力量水平较单解耦点物资供应模式波动大,但可实现不同程度的专用物资的筹措和供应,能够快速响应动态多变的个性化需求。 In order to efficiently dispatch and organize the material supply force of joint operations,using the idea of“mass customization”based on the decoupling point of customer demands in modern logistics management for reference,a joint operation material supply mode based on multi-CODP(Customer Order Decoupling Point)is proposed,and the application of multi-CODP material supply force is modeled and simulated by using system dynamics.The differences between the buffer force at CODP and the demand of in-service support force of the two modes are analyzed.The results show that the in-service support force level and buffer force level of multi-CODP material supply mode fluctuate more than that of single CODP supply mode,but which can realize the financing and supply of special materials to varying degrees and quickly respond to dynamic and changeable personalized needs.
