摘要
论述了基于OpenGL和Visual C++的虚拟加工系统的设备建模、设备仿真的实现方法。实现了加工设备的场景布局以及在NC代码驱动下所有加工设备的动态仿真。建立了在一夹一顶的装夹方式下,由切削力作用引起工艺系统的综合变形模型,以及对所建场景实现三维实时漫游进行了研究。
A method on the equipment modeling and equipment simulation of the virtual machining system based on OpenGL and Visual C ++ is discussed.It achieves the layout of the processing equipment and dynamic simulation of all processing equipment driven by the NC code,and then made the integrated and distorted pattern of process system caused by the cutting force when the workpiece is fixed with finial and chuck,as well as it has achieved three-dimensional real-time roaming in the created scenes.
