仿真方法在页岩气压裂设备井场摆放中的实现 被引量:1

摘要 为了快速确定压裂设备合理摆放形式,以实现页岩气高效开发,针对国内最新研制的3000型压裂车组,以3DStudio Max软件作为设备模型建模平台,选用Visual C++6.0作为编程工具平台,结合Microsoft基础类库MFC与OpenGL图形图像处理技术,开发出一套可用于3000型成套压裂设备井场摆放的仿真模拟软件;将三维仿真技术运用到页岩气开发,根据井场条件和压裂规模,实现了压裂设备数量的确定,以及设备摆放区域和形式的优选与动画模拟。实践表明,本文仿真方法及实现具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。 In order to determine quickly, a reasonable arrangement of fracturing equipment, and to realize an efficient development of shale gas, according to the 3000 type of newly developed fracturing crews, a set of simulation system for the shale reservoir is developed. This method uses 3D Studio Max software as a modeling platform, Visual C++ as a programming platform, and combines with MFC and OpenGL graphics image processing technology. The 3-D simulation technology is applied to the develop- ment of shale gas. The simulation method achieves the following functions: the determination of the number of the required frac turing equipments, the elections of equipments and the simulations of the display region and method, according to the different well layouts and fracturing scales. Practice shows the simulation method and implementation in this paper possess certain econom- ic benefits and social benefits.
