摘要
大庆外围油田致密储层缝网压裂井注水受效差或不受效,导致供液不足、产能递减快,为此开展了致密储层缝网压裂井增能渗吸剂体系的研究。依据毛细管渗吸理论,分析致密人工裂缝油藏在注入及采出过程中的渗吸作用机理,研发了以胺羟基"Bola"型表面活性剂为主剂、洗油剂及防膨剂等为助剂的增能渗吸剂体系,并开展了润湿性、界面张力、防膨率等性能的室内评价实验。实验结果表明:润湿角由68.4°减小至30.8°,使岩心由弱亲水变为强亲水,毛细管压力大幅度提高;界面张力低于10^(-2)mN/m,降低了黏附功,提高了洗油能力;基质岩心静态渗吸采收率为30.4%,较注入水提高采收率16.2个百分点。现场应用增能渗吸剂体系增能吞吐26井次,措施后各层产液、产油状况均明显改善,平均单井累计增油529.8t。该技术可有效提高致密储层缝网压裂井产量,为开发致密储层提供了技术支持。
Because of the poor or even no stimulation effect of water injection on fracture network fracturing wells of tight reservoirs in peripheral oilfields of Daqing,the problems of insufficient liquid supply and rapid production decline emerge.Therefore,the research on imbibition agent system for increasing energy in fracture network wells of tight reservoirs was carried out.Based on capillary imbibition theory,the imbibition mechanism of tight artificial fracture reservoirs in the process of injection and production is analyzed.The imbibition agent system for increasing energy with amine hydroxyl"Bola"surfactant as the main agent,oil washing agent and anti-swelling agent as additives was developed.Laboratory evaluation experiments on wettability,interfacial tension and anti-swelling rate were carried out.The experimental results show that the wetting angle decreases from 68.4°to 30.8°,which makes the core change from weak hydrophilic to strong hydrophilic,and the capillary force increases greatly.The interfacial tension is lower than 10^(-2)mN/m,reducing the adhesion work and improving the oil washing ability.The static imbibition recovery of matrix core is 30.4%,which is 16.2%higher than that of water injection.After 26 well times of huff and puff operation with imbibition agent system for increasing energy,the liquid production and oil production of each layer are obviously improved,and the average cumulative oil production of single well is 529.8 t.The technology can effectively improve the production of fracture network fracturing wells in tight reservoirs,and provide technical support for the development of tight reservoirs.
