摘要
隐性知识是形成创新意识的重要基础,是培养创新思维的关键因素;隐性知识显性化是创新实践的重要目标;提高研究生创新能力要重视隐性知识的获取;高校要从重视学术交流、改进教学方式、完善导师制、营造有利于隐性知识共享的文化氛围;等方面重视研究生隐性知识的获取。
The formation of recessive knowledge is an important basis for the sense of innovation and a key factor to cultivate the innovation; the apparent change of the recessive knowledge is an important goal of the innovative practice. To improve the innovative ability of the graduate students should pay attention to the acquisition of recessive knowledge. Colleges and universities should pay attention to recessive knowledge from the emphasis on academic exchanges, improving teaching methods, improving the tutorial system, constructing a cultural atmosphere that conductive to sharing recessive knowledge and other aspects.
