摘要
为激发大学生的创造潜能,阐述隐性知识在创新中的重要作用,通过理论和实践分析,探讨如何在大学生的实践教学中,拓宽获取隐性知识的途径,提出了改进大学实践教学,提高大学生创造力的对策。
In order to inspire the creative potential of the college students, the significance of tacit knowledge in the creativity was illustrated. Through analysis of the theory and practice, how to achieve tacit knowledge in college students' practice teaching was discussed, and the corresponding countermeasures were given. The methods to improve college practice teaching and to enhance the creativity of college students were proposed.
