摘要
目的采用反相高效液相色谱法测定d,JL清咽颗粒中绿原酸的含量。方法以乙腈-0．4％磷酸（10：90）为流动相，流速为1．0ml/min，检测波长为327nm。结果绿原酸在0．54～1．89μg范围内有良好的线性关系，回收率为98．30％，RSD为1．09％（H=6）。结论方法简单、灵敏度高，可用于小儿清咽颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定。
Objective To develop RP-HPLC method for the assay of Chlorogenic acid in Xiaoerqingyan Granule. Method The mobile phase consist of acetonitrile-0.4%H3 PO4 （10：90）. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The UV detection was set at 327nm. Resu it Chlorogenie acid had a good linear in the range of 0.54-1.89μg. The average recovery of Chlorogenic acid was 98.32% with RSD 1,09%（n=6）. Conclusion The method was simple, sensitive and rapid and it can be applied to the Chlorogenic acid content determination of Xiaoerqingyan Granule.
