摘要
本文在借鉴美国高校考试评价制度经验的基础上,提出我国高校的考试评价制度改革要树立"以人为本"的考试评价理念,关注学生个性发展;建立健全考试质量分析与评价反馈机制,保障教学质量和效果;构建科学的学生综合评价体系,引导学生全面发展。
Base on the experience of the United States on the examination and evaluation system, this paper points out that the reformers of the examination and evaluation system in Chinese colleges and universities need to establish a ＂people-oriented＂ philosophy and be concerned about the personality development of students. We should establish and improve the feedback mechanism on the quality of test analysis and evaluation to ensure the quality of teaching effects. Then we have to build a comprehensive scientific evaluation system to guide the overall development of students.
