摘要
企业作为自主创新的主体,如何提高技术创新和管理创新能力,深入挖掘员工创新潜力,提高企业持续创新能力与市场竞争力,是值得认真研究的课题。以企业创新主体集成为切入点,通过对创新主体、创新团队的集成策略研究,提出了企业员工激励机制的新思路。
The enterprise as the main body of independent innovation, how to improve the innovation capacity of innovation and management innovation, in-depth excavation innovative potential employees, increase the capacity of continuous innovation and market competitiveness,which is worthy of serious study. In this paper, integration of enterprise innovation as the breakthrough point, through innovation, integrated innovation strategy study by team,put forwards the new ideas for incentives of employees.
