摘要
长期以来,以知识为基础的竞争优势观与以活动为基础的竞争优势观都对其各抒己见,甚至处于孤立或对立的状态,很少有把两者联系起来分析。实际上,在企业中二者间有着千丝万缕的联系。将知识和活动结合起来在新的框架中探讨基于知识管理的企业活动是如何促使企业发展,保持竞争优势的。
For a long time,the view on the competitive advantage of knowledge- based has been almost isolated from or opposite to the view on the competitive advantage of activity- based. Each expresses his own opinion, so people rarely draw a connection with both of them. In fact, they have complicated relations with each other in the enterprise. This paper combines the knowledge with the activity to discuss how enterprise activities based on the knowledge management promote the enterprise to develop,and maintain the competitive advantage in a new flame.
