摘要
从经济学、管理学、社会学等理论视角,结合生产实践,通过对"为什么企业应成为技术创新主体"、"何种企业是技术创新主体"、"企业如何才能成为技术创新主体"3个问题的回答,进一步廓清企业技术创新主体建设内涵,提出从以产品市场份额角逐为主向以研发市场份额角逐为主、从以生产为主向以技术研发为主、从以管理人才培养为主向以技术型人才资源开发为主转变的企业技术创新主体建设对策。
Currently ,on construction of main Body of technology innovation in enterprises ,published results mainly focused on connotation of main body of technology innovation and innovation system of division of labor cooperation among differ-ent innovation main bodies .By using economics ,management and sociology combining with actual production ,and by an-swering following three questions ,＆#39;why should enterprises be the main body of technology innovation＆#39;,＆#39;what kind of enter-prises are the main body of technology innovation＆#39;,＆#39;how can enterprises be main body of technology innovation＆#39;,this paper explained the connotation of construction of main body of technology innovation in enterprises further ,and put forw ard the following changes as countermeasures about constructing main body of technology innovation in enterprises ：contest from market share of products to market share of research and development ,from production-based to R ＆amp; D-based ,from cul-tivating management talent to developing technical human resources ,so as to provide references for strategy of building an innovative country and synergetic innovation project.
