摘要
加快实施创新驱动发展战略,促进产业链与创新链融合是实现低碳转型的重要举措。在梳理产业链创新链助推低碳转型相关文献的基础上,利用中国省级面板数据系统考察了产业链创新链融合对低碳转型的复杂影响效应。研究结果表明:(1)产业链创新链融合显著促进了低碳转型发展,这一结论在经过多重稳健性检验后依然成立,并且产业链创新链融合对低碳转型的影响在双重目标约束下存在一定的异质性。(2)机制分析表明产业链创新链融合可以通过产业结构升级、绿色技术进步和能源效率提升等路径推动低碳转型发展。(3)进一步分析发现在实现低碳转型的过程中,产业链创新链融合效果呈现出“先降后增”的“U”型阶段性特征。
Accelerating the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and promoting the integration of industrial and innovation chains are important measures to achieve low-carbon transition.Based on the review of relevant literature on industrial chain innovation promoting low-carbon transformation,the complex effects of the integration of industrial chain innovation and chain on low-carbon transformation were investigated using China provincial panel data system.The results show that:(1)The integration of industrial chain innovation and chain significantly promotes the development of low-carbon transformation,and this conclusion is still valid after multiple robustness tests.Moreover,the impact of industrial chain innovation and chain integration on low-carbon transformation has certain heterogeneity under the constraints of dual objectives.(2)Mechanism analysis shows that industrial chain innovation and chain integration can promote low-carbon transformation development through industrial structure upgrading,green technology progress and energy efficiency improvement.(3)Further analysis shows that in the process of realizing low-carbon transformation,the effect of industrial chain innovation and chain integration presents a U-shaped stage characteristic of“first decreasing and then increasing”.
