摘要
随着培训方式的不断变革,国内兴起的体验式培训成为有别于传统培训方式的新式员工能力提升培训途径。文章分析了体验式培训的理论基础及其在我国的发展现状,并根据现实中出现的问题提出了理性实施体验式培训的建议。
Experiential training arises in recent years, and it turns into a new method different from the traditional method. It is a new way in which enterprise staffs competence has been improved. In this paper, experiential training's theoretic foundation and development are stated then several suggestions according to the experiential training problems are pointed out, it has some reference value to the usage of the experiential training in China.
