摘要
对某车型白车身结构特别是焊点的相关信息进行分析研究,提出了建立白车身焊点管理系统的技术方案,并以焊点数据库为基础,开发了白车身焊点管理系统。利用该系统可实现焊点查询、焊点分配、焊点信息浏览和修改等功能,从而减少工艺规划人员的重复劳动,提高工作效率。
The structure of BIW (car-body in white)and especially related information of welding spot on a car were researched, and the technology project on welding spot management system of BIW was established. This system was designed on welding spot base. It can be used for searching Welding Spot,assigning Welding Spot,and browsing and perfecting Welding Spot information, and so on. So the repeating work of process layout man was reduced and the work efficiency was improved.
