摘要
建立了国产某轿车白车身结构静态分析的有限元模型,按照设计要求对承载车身刚度和强度的计算分析方法进行了探讨;利用MSC Nastran有限元分析软件,进行了车身扭转和弯曲刚度与强度计算分析,表明本模型计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,指出模拟计算结果可对车身静态特性进行评价,也为进一步的轿车车身结构改进提供了依据。
In this paper, a static analyzing FEM model of a domestic car's body-in-white is created, and the analytical method for integral body's stiffness and strength is studied according to design standards. The analysis of torsion & bending stiffness and strength of BIW is carried out with MSC Nastran analyzing software. It is indicated that the result of this model accorded with test result. The result can be used for evaluating static characteristics; it also provides the theoretical background for structure improvement of car body.
