摘要
建立了白车身有限元模型,并用模态实验验证了模型的正确性,利用有限元法分析了该模型一阶扭转模态频率灵敏度和车身质量灵敏度,选取相对灵敏度绝对值较大的车身板件作为轻量化设计变量,以白车身质量为优化目标、一阶扭转模态频率为状态变量进行优化,优化后白车身质量降低10.5kg。
Develops a finite element model of Body In White(BIW),and verifies the accuracy of model by test modal analysis.As well as the sensitivity of the first-order torsional modal frequency and the sensitivity of the BIW mass are analyzed by the finite element method.It carries out the light-weight optimal design by selecting the large absolute value of relative sensitive carbody's panels as design variables,the optimal object of carbody's mass and the state variables of the first-order torsional frequency.The outcome of procedures finally reduces by the 10.5 kilograms in mass.
