摘要
当前,美国贸易政策的制定过程中充斥着浓厚的党派性色彩,两党对待贸易议题的态度针锋相对,这使得美国贸易自由化的进程严重受阻。刚刚宣誓就职的民主党总统立足未稳,党派纷争愈演愈烈,金融危机又对美国经济造成了巨大的冲击,在此背景下,自由贸易更是受到了前所未有的挑战。在未来,中美双方只有通过友好的对话来解决双边贸易中存在的问题,积极诚恳地审视自身经济政策的缺陷,双边贸易才能走上健康发展之路,为两国经济发展做出应有的贡献。
The parties＇ struggles influence the process of the formulation of trade policies in America at present, and the two parties often are tit - for - tat attitudes on the topic of trade which hinders the process of trade liberalization. Obama as a member of the Democratic Party has just inauguration of President still on weak footing, the financial crisis created a huge impact on American Economy, the trade liberalization has been unprecedented challenged. Both China and the United States want to solve problems in bilateral trade only by friendly dialogues and examine their own deficiencies in economic policies actively and honestly. Then, the bilateral trade could be developed regularly and make due contributions to the economic development in both countries.
