摘要
矩阵式变换器是一种新型电力变换器。本文研究了一种由矩阵式单相变换器演化的单相调压电路,与传统调压器相比,这种调压器具有输入电流正弦度高、输出电压调节线性度好、功率双向流动、动态响应快、结构紧凑等特点。对这种调压器的工作原理和换流电路进行了理论分析和仿真分析,通过对不同负载进行的实验研究,验证了理论分析和仿真分析的正确性。
Matrix converter is a newly power electronic converter. A novel slngle-phase voltage regulator circuit which is evolved from matrix single-phase converter is researched in this paper. On contrast with traditional voltage regulator, this regulator witch use chopper technique has some good characteristics, such as high sinusoidal wave in input current, good linear regulator on output voltage, bidirectional power flow, higher speed dynamic response, more compact structure etc. Its principle and commutation circuit are analyzed and emulated. By different loads experimental research, it is shown the correctness of the theoretical and emulator results.
