摘要
研究了一种由矩阵式单相变换器演化的单相调压电路.这种调压器采用斩波控制,具有输入电流正弦度高、功率双向流动、动态响应快、结构紧凑、可靠性高等特点.在对其工作原理和安全换流方式进行分析研究的基础上,设计并实现了单相调压器,仿真及实验结果验证了理论分析及设计的正确性.
A novel single - phase voltage regulator derived from matrix single - phase converter was researched in the paper. The regulator with chopper technique had some good characteristics, such as good sinusoidal input current, bidirectional power flow, fast dynamic response, more compact structure etc. Based on analysis of its principle and safe commutation circuit, a single - phase voltage regulator was designed and implemented. The experimental and simulation results proved the analysis and design.
