摘要
通过对矩阵变换器(Matrix Converter,简称MC)进行不同电压和频率的实验,验证了理论研究得出的主要结论:MC因没有续流路径而导致换流问题,以及采用双电压合成策略时,因换流步长固定而导致波形失真较严重的问题。分析了双电压合成策略;指出了传统四步换流方法存在的不足,以及电流大小对IGBT开关速度的影响;提出了一种变换流时间的改进四步换流法。通过实验验证了改进的MC换流策略的有效性和可靠性。
The commutation problem was demonstrated by experiments on MC at different voltage and frequency in the laboratory, which was caused by the commutation process of Matrix Converter(MC) having no natural free-wheeling paths, and also the problem was found that the fixed step of the two line voltage synthesis strategy will lead to the serious distortion of the waveforms.Firstly,two line voltage synthesis strategy and the influence of the current value on the velocity of the IGBT turning on and turning off are analyzed.Also an improved variable commutation time four-step commutation strategy based on analyzing the disadvantage of the traditional four-step commutation strategy is presented.Finally ,experimental resuits demonstrate the availability and reliability of improved commutation strategy of MC.
