摘要
对矩阵式变换器开关换流进行分析,论述四步换流策略正确性和可靠性,并通过复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)加以实现。仿真和实验结果表明四步换流策略可以使矩阵式变换器的双向开关换流安全可靠地进行。
The current communication between switchs in matrix converters is analysed. Reliability and accuarcy of four-step commutation strategy is discussed. The four-step commutation strategy is implemented by the CPLD. Simulation and result of experiment has proved that four-step commutation method is proper and reliable.
