摘要
本文在前期试验基础上,进一步研究探讨茶树菇(Agrocybe aegerita)YW-2液体深层培养的优化条件及其子实体氨基酸成分分析。结果表明,经过液体发酵试验,初步获得最佳液体配方为马铃薯麸皮培养液,进而采用正交试验得到优化培养基配方为:A1B2C2D3,即为马铃薯15g/0.1L,蔗糖2g/0.1L,KH2PO40.2g/0.1L,豆芽与麸皮汁比3:2;在玉米粒培养基中接入固体原种与液体原种,液体原种转接后更能促进菌丝快速生长;通过子实体营养成分分析,该株野生茶树菇含有9种非必需氨基酸和7种必需氨基酸成分,营养价值丰富。
On the basis of the trial in the prophaee, the liquid nutrition condition and component of amino acid of Agrocybe aegerita YW-2 were researched. The best culture medium was obtained by liquid fermentation experiment, and the optimal medium by an orthogonal experiment was Al B2 C2 D3 with potato 15 g/0.1 L, sucrose 2 g/0.1 L, KH2 PO4 0.2 g/0.1 L and the ratio of bean sprout and bran was 3: 2. The comparison of growth characteristics between liquid and solid seed inoculated in corn indicated that liquid seed could improve mycelium growth more than that of the solid seed. Moreover, the wild Agrocybe aegerita contained nine non-necessary and necessary amino acid.
