摘要
综述了白灵菇多糖的提取、分离纯化、分子结构、活性功能和菌丝体深层发酵等方面的研究进展,并讨论了白灵菇多糖的研究方向和发展前景。
The isolation, purification, molecule structure, active function of polysaccharides from Pleurotus nebrodensis and submerged fermentation of mycelium were expounded in this paper. The future research direction and development prospects of polysaccharides from Pleurotus nebrodensis were discussed.
