摘要
随着我国高等教育的大众化,高校教师职业倦怠问题也日益突出,占高等教育半壁江山的高职院校的情况更加严峻,这将严重冲击高职教育的改革和发展。高职教师职业倦怠的社会根源主要来自高职教育系统存在的"场域"压迫。
With the popularization of higher education, college teachers Job burnout is also becoming more prominent, accounting for half of the vocational higher education institutions in more severe cases, this will seriously affect the vocational education reform and development. Vocational teacher job burnout, mainly from the social roots of higher vocational education system in the "field" oppression.
