摘要
概述目前小儿常见的视网膜母细胞瘤在诊断、治疗和预防方面的进展，结合我院临床、影像、实验诊断和治疗取得的一些成果，着重介绍诊断阳性率准确性极高的房水血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的检测，以及激光、冷冻、放疗（巩膜板和外放射）、化疗和手术治疗的适应证和效果。
Diagnosis, treatment and prevention of retinoblastoma (RB) were reviewed generally. Combing with our accomplishment on the diagnosis and treatment of RB, emphasis was laid on the measurement of neurospecific enolase in aqueous humor which is highly accurate in diagnosing RB, and the indication and effect of photocoagulation, cryotherapy, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and surgery were also discussed.
