摘要
目前国内某些高校科研组织拥有优秀的高端人才资源,却缺乏高效的团队管理理念,造成人才的极大浪费和管理制度的错位。该文对高校科研组织的团队管理模式和创新体制进行了探讨分析。
Recently there are most excellent talents in many key laboratories of colleges and universities, but there have no general and longterm concepts on team management so as to make human resources waste and system mistaken. It is necessary to analyze the management mode and innovative system.
