“两情相悦”还是“门当户对”:产学研合作伙伴匹配性及其对知识共享和合作绩效的影响机制 被引量:47

To Love Each Other or to Be Equal Status: The University-Industry Collaboration Partner Fit and Its Impact on Knowledge Sharing and Cooperation Performance

摘要 产学研合作是战略联盟的一种重要和特殊形式,是企业和高校科研院所获取互补性资源、共享技术和知识的主要渠道。而产学研合作中伙伴选择和知识共享是影响合作绩效的关键因素。本文基于对243个企业产学研合作创新的问卷调查,探讨了产学研伙伴匹配性的内涵、结构及其对知识共享和合作绩效的影响机制。研究发现,产学研合作情境下的伙伴匹配性包括目标协同性、文化相容性和创新资源/能力互补性三个维度。它们对合作绩效均具有显著的正向影响作用,且创新资源/能力互补性对合作绩效的影响更大。目标协同性、文化相容性通过显性和隐性知识共享的完全中介作用影响合作绩效,而创新资源/能力互补性则通过显性和隐性知识共享的部分中介作用影响合作绩效。本文不仅能为产学研合作绩效不佳问题提供理论解释,丰富该领域的理论和实证研究,还可以为参加产学研合作的政府、企业和学研机构提供借鉴。 In the era of knowledge economy,university-industry collaboration can integrate advantages of all parties to create new knowledge and develop new technologies.It is not only a magic weapon for enterprises to improve their technological capacity and form core competitive advantages,but also an effective means for governments to enhance industrial competitiveness and promote regional economic development.As an important and special form of strategic alliance, university-industry collaboration is the main channel for enterprises and universities to acquire complementary resources,share technology and knowledge.Partner selection and knowledge sharing in university-industry collaboration are the key factors affecting the cooperation performance.Based on the questionnaire survey of 243 enterprises'university-industry collaboration innovation,this paper discusses the connotation and structure of partner fit in universityindustry collaboration and its impact on knowledge sharing and coop- eration performance.This study finds that the partner fit in university-industry collaboration includes three dimensions:goal synergy, cultural compatibility and complementarity of innovative resources/ capabilities.Among them,goal synergy and cultural compatibility are the partnering-related criteria,while complementarity of innovative resources/capabilities is the task-related criterion.All of them have significant positive effects on cooperation performance,while complementarity of innovative resources/capabilities is even more important.Both goal synergy and cultural compatibility have full mediation effects on cooperation performance via explicit and tacit knowledge sharing,while Complementarity of innovative resources/capabilities has partial mediation effects on cooperation performance via explicit and tacit knowledge sharing.This means that goal synergy and cultural compatibility can better lubricate the relationship and make each other more inclined to give and share,thus affecting the cooperation performance.On the one hand,co
