摘要
针对目前高等院校实验室管理中存在的普遍问题,提出了加强实验室管理的4条优化措施以便调动实验老师的工作积极性,最大限度地发挥实验设备的作用,实现实验室投资效益的最大化。
In view of the widespread problem in the laboratory management of college , 4 measures was systematically put forward to strengthen laboratory management, in order to get the most the motivation for work of experimental teachers, the most function of experimental instruments and to heighten the investment benefit of laboratory.
