摘要 综述了基于青藤碱的抗风湿性关节炎分子构建的研究进展.主要包括青藤碱分子结构的化学/生物改造及其药理活性的相关研究,并探讨了其进一步深入研究的目标,为发现新的抗炎分子和先导化合物提供了参考. In this paper, the sinomenine based molecular design of anti-RA agents were introduced, including modification of sinomenine by chemical/biologic method and bioactivity of modified compounds. Furthermore, the further research on sinomenine was also estimated in advance. This paper will give referenced instructions to find new anti- RA agents and leading compounds.
