元素比值法用于吸烟过程的元素迁移研究

摘要 采用元素比值法,以K作为参比元素,估算了某品牌香烟在吸烟过程中的元素迁移情况。通过收集真人吸烟前后的烟草和烟灰样品,测量了香烟中Cu,Fe,Zn和Hg,Cd,As,Pb,Cr,Ni,共9个元素在香烟和烟灰中的质量分数。利用在吸烟过程中稳定存在于烟草内的K作为参比元素,计算出吸烟导致的更大剂量地迁移进入人体的元素。结果表明,Cu元素迁移量最大,烟草中的Cu的质量分数为50.50×10-6,其中的83.3%随烟气进入气相,可能起到补充吸烟者体内元素的作用。有害元素中,Pb在烟草中的质量分数较大,为3.50×10-6;随烟气迁移的比例也大,达62.1%。其次为As和Cd,它们在烟草中的质量分数分别为0.536×10-6,0.500×10-6;随烟气迁移的比例分别是95.4%,57.3%。这三种元素应该是烟草减害研究的目标。 Elements enter in a body in the course of smoking. Based on the fact that K stays in ash when one smokes, taking K as an reference, this paper aims to study the elements transfer of one brand cigarette during the smoking by a new way, that is, the element ratio method. Cu, Fe, Zn and Hg, Cd, As, Pb, Cr, Ni are surveyed by sampling cigarette sticks and ash of real smoking to evaluate the dose of these 9 elements entering in air during smoking. The transfer of Cu is most, reaching 83.3% of 50.5μg/g in this cigar. That of Pb, As and Cd is the second, reaching 62.1% of 3.50 μg/ g, 95.4% of 0. 536μg/g, 57.3% of 0. 500μg/g. So, Pb, As and Cd should be the most elements that enter into the air during smoking and the aim elements of cigarette prescription adjusting. The result shows that the element ratio method is an effective and fast new way to evaluate the element transfer during smoking.
