摘要
目的:研究齿叶蓼Fallopia denticulata(Huang)A.J.Li的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及半制备等方法对齿叶蓼乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并结合波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果:从齿叶蓼中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、ergosta-6,22-diene-3,5,8-triol(2)、水杨酸(3)、没食子酸(4)、epigallocatechin-3-O-(3,5-O-dimethyl)gallate(5)、儿茶素(6)、N-顺式阿魏酰-3-甲氧基酪胺(7)、N-反式阿魏酰-3-甲氧基酪胺(8)、N-顺式阿魏酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(9)、N-反式阿魏酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(10)、大麻酰胺D(11)、大麻酰胺F(12)。结论:其中,化合物7~12为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Fallopia denticulata root.Methods:The compounds from Fallopia denticulata root were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,semi-preparation and other methods,the structures were identified by spectrum technology.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from Fallopia denticulate root and identified asβ-sitosterol(1),ergosta-6,22-diene-3,5,8-triol(2),salicylic acid(3),gallic acid(4),epigallocatechin-3-O-(3,5-O-dimethyl)gallate(5),catechin(6),N-cis-feruloyl-3-methoxytyramine(7),N-trans-feruloyl-3-methoxytyramine(8),N-cis-feruloyl tyramine(9),N-trans-feruloyl tyramine(10),cannabisin D(11),cannabisin F(12),repectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 7 to 12 are isolated from Fallopia denticulata for the first time.
