Recent Advance in the Synthesis of Benzothiazoles

摘要 苯并噻唑类杂环广泛应用于医药、农药、材料等领域,也是优良的有机合成分子构建切块。综述了近年来苯并噻唑类杂环合成方法的最近研究成果,特别是分子内氧化环合、金属催化环合等有效新方法。 Benzothiazoles have been widely used in pharmaceuticals,pesticides and engineering materials etc.They are also excellent organic molecular building blocks.The recent achievements in the synthesis of benzothiazoles were reviewed,especially the routes including effective intramolecular oxidative cyclization and metal-catalyzed cyclization.
