摘要
教师博客不仅是幼儿教师知识管理的重要途径,作为数字化档案袋,其记录和评价功能在促进幼儿教师专业发展方面的作用也日益凸显。为发挥教师博客的评价功能,幼儿教师首先应组建幼儿教师博客圈组,以实现幼儿教师专业自主发展的动态化评价;其次应制定幼儿教师博客评价标准,以充分发挥教师博客的激励作用;再次应深入挖掘幼儿教师博客的微内容,以为其专业发展提供翔实的评价信息。
Teacher weblog is not only the important way of teacher's knowledge management, but also helps to promote preschool teachers' professional development. There are three major measures to carry out the assessment effect of teacher blog, namely building the blog groups of the preschool teachers, making the evaluation criterion of teacher blog, and tapping the micro content of teacher blog.
