双醋瑞因治疗不能耐受非甾体抗炎药骨关节炎患者的疗效 被引量：9

摘要 目的评价双醋瑞因(安必丁)治疗不能耐受非甾体抗炎药的骨关节炎患者的疗效和安全性。方法入选不能耐受NSAIDs药物不良反应的OA患者30例,口服双醋瑞因50mg,每日2次,疗程12周。观察治疗前后患者的平地行走20米疼痛、关节压痛度、下肢功能评分。结果患者平地行走20米疼痛、关节压痛度、下肢功能评分与治疗前比较,均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对于不能耐受NSAIDs药物不良反应的OA患者,双醋瑞因安全有效。
