摘要
目的：观察双醋瑞因胶囊治疗早期类风湿关节炎活动期的临床疗效。方法：将临床确诊为早期类风湿关节炎活动期的患者64例，随机分为对照组32例，治疗组32例。均为女性，年龄18～45岁。其中对照组给予口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片75 mg／次，2次／d。同时口服慢作用药物：来氟米特片20 mg／次，1次／d。治疗组则在对照组基础上，加服双醋瑞因胶囊50 mg／次，2次／d，治疗周期为12周，治疗期间每月查血、尿常规、肝功、肾功、血沉（ ESR）、C反应蛋白（ CRP）。对比治疗前及治疗4周、12周后，临床表现、DAS28评分、VAS评分、ESR、CRP变化及药物不良反应发生率，同时对比治疗过程中双氯芬酸钠缓释片用药时间及用量变化。结果：治疗4周、12周后，治疗组较对照组临床表现、DAS28评分、VAS评分、ESR、CRP改善显著，优于对照组（ p＜0．05）。治疗组与对照组的药物不良反应发生率无显著差异性（p＞0．05）。治疗组较对照组双氯芬酸钠缓释片的用药时间、用药量均显著减少，优于对照组（ p＜0．05）。结论：联合双醋瑞因胶囊治疗早期类风湿关节炎活动期，能迅速控制病情，有助于减少非甾体消炎药应用时间及用量，且无明显不良反应。
Objective：To observe the curative effect on treating the early rheumatoid arthritis .Methods： Combining the Diacerein Capsules.64 cases, females, aged between 15 and 45, confirmed early rheumatoid arthritis , were randomly and equally divided into con-trol group and treatment group .The control group was treated by taking orally Diclofenac Sodium Sustained -release Tablets, 75mg per time, twice a day, and Leflunomide Tablets, 20mg per time, once a day.The treatment group was treated based on former group to add o-ral Diacerein Capsules, 50mg per time, twice a day.The treatment time was 12 weeks.Blood routine, urine routine, liver function, renal function, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, C-reactin protein （CRP） were examined every month during the treat run .clinical manifestation, DAS28, VAS, ESR, CRP variation and drug adverse reactions were compared with before treating , treating after 4 weeks and after 12 weeks, respectively, and the medicine time and dosage change of Diclofenac Sodium Sustained -release Tablets were consid-ered in the same time.Results： The clinical manifestation, DAS28, VAS, ESR, CRP of treatment group, which were markedly im-proved, were better than control group（p〈0.05）, but the drug adverse reaction was little difference between both group （p〉0.05）;The medicine time and dosage change of Diclofenac Sodium Sustained -release Tablets of the treatment group , which decreased obviously , was superior to the other group .Conclusion： Easy drawn that combining the Diacerein Capsules to treat the early rheumatoid arthritis could rapidly control the illness , and help to reduce the medicine time and dosage of non -steroid antiinflammatory drug , and show no obvious adverse reaction .
