摘要
对直齿面齿轮传动在考虑边缘接触下的承载接触进行了分析。提出了面齿轮的齿顶边缘与圆柱齿轮齿面相接触时的简便计算方法。利用边缘接触点与距离最近的齿面啮合点主曲率方向近似的方法,确定了当发生边缘接触时在接触点邻近齿面上近似的主曲率方向。采用有限元法与数学规划对轮齿的承载接触进行了分析。结果表明:考虑边缘接触时对齿面法向载荷分布及承载传动误差有一定的影响。
Tooth edge contact of a face gear drive with a spur pinion is unavoidable. The loaded tooth contact analysis(LTCA) under the condition of tooth edge contact is investigated in this paper. A simple method is proposed for the face-gear addendum contacts with the tooth face of a spur gear, and the tooth edges points can be determined by the method expediently. In addition, the principle curvature directions of every edge contact points on the tooth surfaces are determined with the adjacent meshing points when the edge contact is occurred. Finally, the finiteelement method and nonlinear programming are applied to the problem of LTCA. The results show that the tooth edge contact has considerable influences on the strength and dynamies behaviors of a face gear drive.
