摘要
从现有的研究成果来看,圆柱齿轮的啮合损失几乎全部为齿面滑动摩擦损失,该损失的大小与圆柱齿轮设计参数息息相关。在分析圆柱齿轮啮合过程的基础上,根据齿轮设计参数绘制可直观反映齿轮啮合过程的图形,依照图形对啮合效率进行计算,提出基于图形的直齿、斜齿圆柱齿轮啮合效率计算分析方法,并应用该方法分析圆柱齿轮设计参数对啮合效率的影响。
From the existing research results, the meshing loss of cylindrical gears is almost the sliding friction loss of toothsurface, which is related to the design parameters of the cylindrical gears. In this paper, based on the analysis of meshingprocess of cylindrical gears, and according to the graph that can be drawn on the basis of gears design parameters to reflect themeshing process directly, the meshing efficiency is calculated, and the method of meshing efficiency calculation and analysisof straight tooth and helical cylindrical gears is presented, and effect of the geometric parameters of cylindrical gears on themeshing efficiency is analyzed by using this method in this paper.
